Zdenek Grygera is to continue to train with Fulham.

The Fulham Chronicle says Grygera will continue to train with Fulham despite being left off the squad list submitted to the Premier League last night.

The out-of-contract Czech defender has been trying to prove his fitness to boss Martin Jol in a bid to earn a new deal at Craven Cottage as he continues his recovery from a horrific cruciate ligament injury picked up last season.
