Robbie Fowler is yet to accept a contract offer tabled by Blackburn Rovers boss Paul Ince.
The Lancashire Telegraph says Fowler is continuing to mull over the offer of a pay-as-you-play deal at Blackburn Rovers.
Ince believes the ex-Liverpool and Manchester City striker, 33, still has something to offer at the highest level if Fowler is happy to accept the terms on offer.
