North Queensland Fury will know on Tuesday whether or not Robbie Fowler will join the club. The former Liverpool striker will give the club his answer and then an announcement will be made on Wednesday.

"They get back to us tomorrow and one way or another we're going to have an announcement on Wednesday," said Fury chairman Don Matheson.

"We'll probably talk to him more tonight and I'll probably get more of a gut feeling on it then.

"We haven't had as much communication as I would like over the weekend but we have organised to talk to him again.

"They've said one way or another we'll know by Tuesday."
