West Bromwich Albion goalkeeper Ben Foster says the players were unfazed by the sacking of Nicolas Anelka over the weekend.
Foster says the players have got used to not having the former Arsenal, Liverpool and Chelsea striker around following his exclusion since last month.
Foster added: "He has not been around the place since his hearing. I am not going to say that we are not going to miss him as he is a great player.
"But nobody really has been fazed by it. We have not even had him in the building for probably the last two or three weeks. We know we have a job to do starting with this."
