Veteran Italian sporting director Rino Foschi won't rule out Inter Milan signing Kylian Mbappe.

Real Madrid are favourites to sign Mbappe, who is up for sale at PSG. But Foschi says anything can happen when Inter GM Beppe Marotta is involved.

He told TMW Radio: "Anything can happen with Marotta. He's too clever and silent in his things. It could also happen but I don't know.

"Marotta is definitely ambitious, he's a good manager."

On Mbappe's situation, Foschi also said: "This is football today. It is led by people who are not part of football and with wrong rules.

"I am referring to many agents, who take advantage of certain rules.

"Saudi? I think it is a momentary thing, given that there are important appointments for 2030. PSG, for example, has never been blocked, fair play has never served them. But these are things that start from afar. Some stakes were set some time ago."
