League Two club Accrington Stanley have signed Jordan Mustoe on a short-term deal.
The 23-year old defender has joined Stanley following his departure from Wigan Athletic where he failed to make a senior appearance.
Mustoe, who had six separate loan deals during his time with the Latics, was looking forward to getting the opportunity of playing senior football on a regular basis.
"I'm thrilled to be honest," he told the club's official website.
"I've had a good pre-season and I'm raring to go.
"You can't beat playing Saturday and Tuesday so hopefully I can get some games."
James Beattie's Accrington side, who lost their season opener 1-0 to Southend United on Saturday, next meet Leeds United in the Capital One Cup on Tuesday night.
