Australia international Sasa Ognenovski has emerged as a target for A-League club Sydney FC.
The 34-year old centre-back is a free agent after leaving Qatari club Umm-Salal and could return to Australia where he most recently spent time with the Brisbane Roar and Adelaide United.
Reports suggest that the Sky Blues are working on a deal to land the former Seongnam Ilhwa ace before the close of the transfer window after losing out on Eddy Bosnar who opted to join Central Coast Mariners last week.
