Ex-Manchester United youngster Febian Brandy is training with Championship club Preston North End.
The 21-year old was released by United last summer and has been without a club since. Recently he has been working with physio Mick Rathbone in a bid to get back to full fitness and Preston manager Phil Brown said he would now take a closer look at former Swansea City, Hereford and Gillingham loanee.
"'Basil' (Rathbone) brought it to my attention that Febian had been training with him on a three or four-week basis," he told PNE Player.
"He had been to Leicester on a trial period, but Leicester had five, six or seven strikers to choose from. Obviously there was no room for him there.
"I need to speak to his agent and we will see where that takes us."
