Former Juventus, Bologna striker Di Vaio open to Montreal Impact stay

Marco Di Vaio has opened the door to another season with Montreal Impact, saying he could play on if his body allows him to.

The 36-year old former Juventus, Valencia, Parma and Bologna striker is in his second season with the Impact but has suggested he may play on in 2014 if everything works out as he would like it to.

"I don't really know," Di Vaio said on Quebec talk show Tout le Monde en Parle.

"My contract runs out in December, so we'll see after that, but if I can keep on training every day and help the team, I'd like to carry on.

"My family and I are feeling good in Montreal. It's a great opportunity for us to learn two languages and to live a life that's completely different from the one we had in Italy."
