Phil Foden is in line for a new contract with Manchester City.
The Daily Star says Foden is set to bank an additional £15million when he finally puts pen to paper on a new long-term deal.
Foden, 22, opted not to sign the £150,000-a-week contract on offer to him early last season - and has hit the jackpot as a result.
City have now returned to the table with an improved £200,000-a-week deal for their brilliant England playmaker.
The length of the updated contract is six years and the extra £50,000 every seven days equates to thumping £15m over the period.
Foden was always going to commit his future to Pep Guardiola's Premier League champions but before doing so was keen to see what new summer signing Erling Haaland was on financially.
