Florin Andone admits that it was his decision to leave Brighton this summer.
The attacker went out on loan to Galatasaray for the rest of the season.
The Romanian struggled to fit in at Brighton, despite arriving with a big reputation from Deportivo La Coruna in May 2018.
And Andone admits the desire for first team football saw him move.
He said to reporters: "Brighton were always against me leaving, but it was my decision to play more.
"I felt that with Brighton, I would not have the minutes I needed to recover my form at Deportivo.
"I miss playing every week, scoring goals and feeling important in the team."
