Darren Fletcher is waiting for pay off from Manchester United before making his next move.
West Ham United, West Bromwich Albion and Valencia are all keen to take Fletcher off United's hands, with the Scot being grated a free transfer.
However, The Sun says his plans have stalled over a disagreement regarding his pay off.
The midfielder wants a pay off from United, with five months left on his current deal worth around £60,000-a-week.
