Fiorentina midfielder Felipe Melo is delighted his five-match ban for brawling has been cut to three weeks.
"I am very happy with the reduction in the ban, as I went through a tough time," said the Brazilian international.
"I was described as a man that simply is not me. I am a good family man who tries to do the best for his loved ones.
"I am a gritty player, but for me the final whistle signals the end of all that. I thank the club for defending me and now I prepare for my comeback in 10 days against Catania."
