Fiorentina coach Vincenzo Montella isn't surprised by rumours linking AC Milan with Sevilla boss Unai Emery.
Fiorentina meet Sevilla tonight in the Europa League.
"I don't want to act as director of sport for other clubs!" laughed Montella.
"Emery proved that he is a great Coach and when you are talented, you can adapt and train everywhere."
