Fiorentina boss Vincenzo Montella has explained ending Marko Marin's loan from Chelsea.

Marin left Fiorentina this week for Anderlecht.

Montella said: "As for Marin, it's simple, we had no problems with him.

"He's a talent, but he wanted more playing time and we could not guarantee him that. We also wanted more Italian players, so Diamanti arrived in his place. We wish Marin all the best."
