Steve Finnan admits Liverpool's dressing room was delighted for Fernando Torres after his first Premiership goal in Saturday's 1-1 draw with Chelsea.

"It was a great finish," Finnan told liverpoolfc.tv. "He was so quick and so skilful and took the chance really well.

"We're all pleased that he's off the mark already. Hopefully that'll be the first of many for him. It's just a pity it wasn't the winner."
