FIGC president Carlo Tavecchio says crisis club Parma is attracting foreign interest.
Tavecchio says American interest has arrived for the Ducali.
"It is true, an important legal firm in Rome contacted me with this hypothesis of an American group," Tavecchio told Sky Sport Italia.
"I cannot quantify the American proposal, but I can say the Federal debts alone are 50m."
