Liverpool and several other Premier League clubs have been tracking the 20 year-old this season.
Dutch sources have told talkSPORT that the playmaker is flattered by interest from England.
The 20-year-old has been tipped for a bright future and recently scored four goals for Feyenoord in their 5-1 win over FC Groningen.
