The Japanese teen again impressed against Heracles on the weekend.
Feyenoord director Eric Gudde told AD/Sportwereld: "He can show more sensational form in Rotterdam.
"It would be good if he played with Feyenoord next season. He is quickly improving.
"We keep Arsenal fully informed of the development of Ryo. We give Arsenal his videos and help him master the English language.
" And everyone can see what he can do on the field."
