QPR chairman Tony Fernandes is confident they'll avoid heavy financial fair play fines from the Football League.
Fernandes is contesting the validity of the Football League's charges, incurred two years ago, and is confident an understanding can be reached in the next few weeks.
He said: "I've always been very confident that a positive resolution will come out of the FFP situation that is fair to everyone."
Potential good news though for the Rangers owner is that UEFA is expected to announce next month that the FFP rules will be eased to allow more owner investment.
