Sir Alex Ferguson has made three changes to his Champions League starting eleven from the 1-0 over Aston Villa in the Premier League on the weekend.
Ferguson's Red Devils line-up for tonight's clash with FC Basel in Switzerland sees David de Gea replace Anders Lindegaard in goal whilst Park Ji-sung has come in for Michael Carrick and veteran Ryan Giggs replaces the injured Javier Hernandez.
The expected United formation will be de Gea in goals, Patrice Evra at lef-back, Nemanja Vidic and Rio Ferdinand at centre-back, Chris Smalling on the right of defence, Park, Giggs and Phil Jones across midfield and Ashley Young and Nani on the wings alongside striker Wayne Rooney.
The reigning English champions require just a point at St Jakob-Park to progress from Group C to the Round of 16.
