Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson feels six of his squad will make England's Euros squad.
United's Tom Cleverley and Chris Smalling, have been tipped for Great Britain's London 2012 squad. That would put Britain coach Stuart Pearce on a collision course with Ferguson, because the Premier League resumes only a week after the Games finish..
But Ferguson said: "I think they'll go to the Euros. I would be surprised - barring injury - if they didn't, I must admit, so the Olympics wouldn't be an issue. I think we will have six players in the England squad. Wayne Rooney, Ashley Young, and the four young players, Danny Welbeck, Phil Jones, Smalling and Cleverley..
"It would be good for their education to go to the Euros. I'd be happy with that."
