Fenerbahce signing Fred has announced Altay Bayindir is leaving for his former club Manchester United.

The goalkeeper will sign for United to replace Dean Henderson, who is set to join Crystal Palace.

Fred left United earlier this month for Fener and confirmed Bayindir's move in a media conference on the weekend.

beIN Sports quotes Fred as saying: “I wished Altay good luck when he left. He is going to join a great team.

“Altay will be very happy at Manchester United."

Bayindir, 25, is set to join United for around €5m.
