Fenerbahce will offer £10 million for Chelsea midfielder Michael Essien.
The Sun says they see powerhouse Essien as the successor to ex-Newcastle star Emre, who has left for Atletico Madrid.
Essien, a £24.4m buy from Lyon in 2005, has three years left on his Stamford Bridge contract.
