Tottenham are chasing Sevilla defender Federico Fazio.
AS says the Argentina international is expected to fly into London on Friday morning to open talks with Tottenham over a potential switch to the Premier League.
However, Fazio requires the permission of Sevilla to do so as he is expected at a training session at 9.30am before the team assembles at a hotel in Seville ahead of Saturday's Liga opener against Valencia at the Sánchez Pizjuán.
Members of the player's inner circle are said to have cancelled holiday plans for this weekend in order to travel to London.
