Mikel Silvestre is ready to leave Arsenal.

The Mirror says Silvestre, 32, was furious after being left out of the Arsenal squad for Wednesday night's win over Liverpool - and is now determined to quit in the summer.

Arsenal boss Wenger included veteran centre half Sol Campbell and rookie left back Armand Traore in the 18-man squad for the Liverpool game ahead of Silvestre.

That left the former Manchester United and France defender bitterly upset and privately insisting he has had enough after losing his temper in front of his team mates following the latest snub.
