AC Milan defender Oguchi Onyewu has been injured whilst on loan with Dutch club FC Twente.

The 28-year old was playing just his third game since returning from a knee injury sustained whilst on duty with the USA national team back in October and again has succumbed to injury.

However, this time it is just a slight back problem sustained in last Wednesday's KNVB Cup win over PSV Eindhoven.

Onyewu was replaced in the 26th minute of the match, which his side won after a penalty shootout, forcing him out of the weekend's 2-1 Eredivisie win over Feyenoord.
