FC Tokyo have demolished Nagoya Grampus 5-1 in Japan's Nabisco Cup. The Gas Men backed up Sunday's 3-0 J-League result over Nagoya with another big victory, this time in the first leg of the competition's quarter-finals.
Sota Hirayama got Tokyo off to a great start in the 4th minute and Takuji Yonemoto and Naohiro Ishikawa made it 3-0 before the quarter hour mark.
Yuto Nagatomo added another in the 27th minute which took the score to 4-0, where it remained until half-time.
Nagoya grabbed one back in the 54th minute through Yoshizumi Ogawa before teammate Takahiro Masukawa knocked one into his own net with fourteen minutes remaining.
