FC Dallas winger Brek Shea is set to trial with Premier League club Stoke City.
The 22-year old, who trained with Arsenal last year, was being linked with a permanent transfer to the Potters but it has been suggested that his move to England will only be for a training spell.
Stoke boss Tony Pulis told a reporter on the weekend that Shea would trial with the Staffordshire club but played down claims that the 15-times capped USA international was set to sign a contract at the Britannia Stadium.
