FC Dallas Head Coach Schellas Hyndman is evidently getting frustrated with the uncertainty surrounding star striker Kenny Cooper's future. "This is one issue that just never seems to ever go away. It's tough because you want the best for the player and he's a great kid. He's a young man, a good player and he's got such a great future. I think he'll be in Europe whether it's this year, next year, or two years from now. But I think we are very close to making a decision." Hyndman told mlsnet.com.
Kenny Cooper a firm fan favourite in Dallas has been linked with several European clubs but Hyndman wants the team put first: "I think what's going to end up happening, my feeling is, it may come to a point where the team comes first and it's, 'Kenny, you're here no matter what. You've had this opportunity, but this has gone on a little too long. We don't want to lose you, but we've given you that chance to find something else and it hasn't worked out."
Growing in frustration Hyndman continued, "I mean the Rosenborg situation was a done deal then it fell apart, but in the meantime, we're going right and left not knowing."
