Alejandro Faurlin is urging Esteban Granero to stay with QPR.
Granero spent last season on-loan with Real Sociedad.
Faurlin told the Fulham Chronicle: "Esteban is a great player. If he left now, people would say 'Maybe he could have been a good Premier League player'.
"We have conversations and I say 'You need to stay and you need to make sure you play in the Premier League'. For me it's the best league.
"He's a great person and a great player and he will play well."
