Julien Faubert is enjoying working with new West Ham boss Gianfranco Zola.

"At the start of the season, I used to play right midfield," Faubert told RTL radio station. "When Zola took over, we decided I would play at right back.

"This 4-3-3 system allows me attack a lot. As I already played there at Bordeaux, adapting was easy.

"This league perfectly corresponds to me, with many challenges. Playing here is like a dream come true, as this is one of the most prestigious leagues in Europe.

"The atmosphere with the supporters is totally different to the one there is in France. More attacking football and less tactics."
