Falcao determined to hit goals trail for Man Utd

Manchester United striker Radamel Falcao is determined to hit the goals trail.

Falcao scored 70 goals in 91 appearances for Atletico Madrid and plundered 72 in 87 games for Porto before that, with the forward keen to show that prolific side of his game at United.

"I always want to improve on my haul from the previous season," said Falcao. "That is the personal goal I set myself.

"To do that, I need to train well and train in the right way and I am pleased to say that is all going well at the moment. That's the way to do it, I don't set a specific number as a target, I just try to improve on last year's tally.

"Obviously to be here is a dream for me and I always worked to be here. So, my first goal for Manchester United [against Everton] I will always remember.

"I like being in England and enjoy it. It is a new culture and a new language. I want to learn more of this language and I will study so then it will be even easier to live here.

"I was always told that the Premier League would suit my playing style and England has always attracted me.

"Ever since I was a child I always wanted to come here, so much so that I learned the language. So I was preparing myself in some way for a future move to England."
