Cesc Fabregas was in a jubilant mood on Sunday after holding the Premier League trophy aloft with Chelsea.
The Blues clinched the title after beating Crystal Palace 1-0 on May 3 but had to wait until this weekend to secure the prestigious piece of silverware after defeating Sunderland 3-1 on the final day of the 2014/15 season.
After the match, Fabregas spoke to Sky Sports about the feeling of winning his first Premier League title.
"It's felt great for a couple of weeks now but to have it in your hands, I think it's a magical moment and hopefully it is the first of many," said the former Arsenal and Barcelona star.
"To have it in your hands, to celebrate with all your teammates, with the staff, with the fans, it's unbelievable."
