Nigel Reo-Coker believes Mexican side Pachuca may underrate Montreal Impact when the two sides meet this week
The Liga MX outfit host the MLS club in the CONCACAF Champions League quarter-final first leg at the Estadio Hidalgo on Tuesday and Impact midfielder Reo-Coker suggests that perhaps the likely mindset of the home side may fall into the Canadian team's hands.
"[The Mexican] league is one of the best leagues in [the Americas]," the Englishman told reporters.
"So I think they don't really think too highly of MLS opponents. There's a big chance that they may underestimate us, and that could work to our benefit."
The Impact, who came through the group stage with the fourth-best record, meet fifth-placed Pachuca in eastern Mexico before hosting Los Tuzos in the return leg at the Olympic Stadium in Montreal on March 3.
