Former West Ham United and Tottenham striker Terry Dixon could be on the move to the USA after it was reported he is being linked with a move to Colorado Rapids.

The 21-year old has been plagued by knee injuries in recent times, seeing his promising career fall by the wayside.

He was a Republic of Ireland U21 regular whilst with West Ham before being moved on to League Two club Stevenage Borough last year.

The Hertfordshire Mercury suggests that 'American Major League Soccer franchise Colorado Rapids is one mooted destination for the striker once he gets back to full match fitness'.
