LA Galaxy striker Juan Pablo Angel says playing against his old teammates on the weekend was just another game for him.
The former Aston Villa star played a full 90 minutes of the 1-1 draw at The Home Depot Center and was unlucky not to have scored in the 25th minute when he headed home a Landon Donovan cross but was called off-side.
Angel said it felt just like another game although he did admit to having some emotions against the club he holds the all-time scoring record for.
"At the end of the day it's just another three points that we're playing for," said the former Red Bull star.
"I felt good. I was calm. There are emotions obviously playing against your old teammates and the team you played a number of years for but to me it was just another game."
