Tim Sherwood is of the belief that Tottenham's Jan Vertonghen is a 'poor' defender.
The former Spurs boss criticised the Belgian centre-back in the wake of the north London club's 3-0 loss to Chelsea on Wednesday night.
"Vertonghen is so poor. Can't move his feet," said Sherwood of his former player.
"He looks elegant with the ball but he just can't defend, this guy."
Vertonghen struggled for game time during Sherwood's tenure at White Hart Lane but has started nine times in the Premier League and on five occasions in the Europa League for Mauricio Pochettino this season.
