Sacked Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has turned down a string of foreign offers.

The former West Ham and Portsmouth boss has been linked with job in China and Russia, but he is waiting for an English club to come knocking.

Agent Phil Smith told ESPN: "There have been offers for Harry, sizeable offers overseas. But he loves English football and he wants to see what happens next.

"It is bizarre that the last time he was spotted it was playing golf.

"He finished fourth in the Premier League and ostensibly qualified for the Champions League and then he gets fired.

"He believed there was going to be a new deal for him at Tottenham."
