Former Tottenham and Real Madrid boss Juande Ramos has played down talk of a return to Segunda Liga Real Betis.
Ramos, who coached Betis for a season in 2001/02, has denied there is any offer on the table from the Seville-based club.
"At no point has anybody from Real Betis been in contact with me or my representative Gines Carvajal to convey to us a job offer," Ramos said on his personal website.
Ramos, who famously led Betis' local rivals Sevilla to five trophies in two seasons from 2005-07, left Russian side CSKA Moscow by mutual consent in October.
