Former AS Roma president Rosella Sensi senses Daniele de Rossi doesn't feel supported this season.

Among the reasons behind Zeman's exit was his refusal to field De Rossi in the starting XI.

Sensi said: "Daniele has a strong personality and is also very sensitive, so he's difficult to explain. In order to perform to his best, he has to feel a certain way. I'm not saying he had to be central to the project, but something was lacking and he felt demotivated."
