Robbie Kruse continued his recent good form for Fortuna Dusseldorf with a goal and assist on the weekend.
The former Melbourne Victory striker scored his first German Bundesliga goal a fortnight ago and managed to make it two in three outings when he slotted home from near the penalty spot in first-half stoppage time.
Just after the hour-mark, Kruse supplied a ball for Stefan Reisinger which allowed Dusseldorf to go two ahead for the eventual victory.
Kruse has now made 13 appearances in Germany's top flight this season with Dusseldorf sitting 14th on the table with 14 points, two clear of the drop zone.
