Former Manchester United striker Mark Hughes was impressed by their victory at AC Milan last night.
Hughes praised United's professional performance in the Europa League second leg. He also reserved praise for unsung midfield duo Fred and Scott McTominay.
Hughes said on talkSPORT: "I thought they were excellent on the night. It was really professional European away performance. They went there knowing exactly what they wanted to achieve in the game.
"And they got the job done, they were very impressive last night.
"In fairness to Fred, he's having a good season. They're both doing well. That combination is working well for them at the moment, it's solid. They've got legs.
"There was one tracking back run McTominay did last night which was really good."
