Former Manchester United goalkeeper Fabian Barthez is a big fan of Tottenham No1 Hugo Lloris.

Barthez also appreciates Chelsea keeper Thibaut Courtois and is happy seeing the pair gain recognition in the world press this season.

"I am very happy with Lloris, not just as a goalkeeper. I also appreciate him as a person," said the World Cup winner.

"And then there's Courtois. In my eyes he is the goalkeeper of the future.

"He will also maintain that status for several years, I believe."
