Diego Forlan is being linked with a potential Premier League return according to reports.
The Sun suggests that the Uruguayan veteran has emerged on the radar of a trio of top flight English outfits indicating that a BPL comeback could be on the cards.
Forlan, currently with J.League side Cerezo Osaka, spent time with Manchester United between 2002 and 2004 and is now a target for the likes of Hull City, West Bromwich Albion and Stoke City.
It is believed that ex-Villarreal and Atletico Madrid ace Forlan is available on loan for the remainder of the season and that the Tigers, Baggies and Potters will all come in with January bids for his services.
