Yaya Toure and Manchester City should part ways according to Rodney Marsh.
The former City forward believes the relationship between the Ivorian midfielder and last season's Premier League champions is almost over and feels there will be a change in the summer transfer window.
"I can see it happening, I think that partnership has run its race," he told talkSPORT's 'Extra Time'.
"It's been that way ever since 'birthday cake gate' last year, which was ridiculous. It created an upheaval at the football club and he's got one of those agents who just can't stop talking.
"It's sad because in my opinion Yaya Toure is one of the greatest midfield players in the world, or certainly was last season.
"But it looks like he's got the hump now, he's not happy at Man City and it's probably best for both parties that he moves on and City bring someone else in."
