Former Leeds United and Liverpool star Harry Kewell held talks with Stoke City boss Tony Pulis yesterday.

The Daily Mail says the winger spent 10 minutes with Pulis in the manager's office before leaving.

A source said: "Tony wasn't expecting to see Harry. Whether he had his wires crossed or not, we don't know. But the manager was happy to chat to him although rumours that he is joining us are untrue."
