Atletico Madrid striker Fernando Torres has praised his Barcelona counterpart Luis Suarez.
The Spanish forward, who is on loan with Atleti from AC Milan, spoke highly of his fellow former Liverpool superstar who has managed just five goals since his £75million summer move to the Camp Nou.
"He is fundamental. [He does] the dirty work and the work that isn't dirty. He is a very good player," the former Chelsea man told AS.
"You have to realise that Luis comes from making 50 goals in a team in which he was the one who made the goals. At Barça you have to start to substract that amount because (Lionel) Messi makes 50 a year. That is normal.
"There is a need to make more goals, he will do it. Against us in the (Copa del Rey) match in the (Vicente) Calderón, that damage that was done to us was done by him (in Atletico's 3-2 loss on January 28)."
