Former Liverpool and Leeds United star Harry Kewell is wanted by Paolo di Canio's Swindon Town.
The Daily Star says Kewell, 33, who is also wanted by Middlesbrough, was set to join Blackburn Rovers but a deal fell through.
Di Canio now aims to snap up Australian Kewell after he left Melbourne Victory at the end of last season due to family issues.
