Former Juventus president Giovanni Cobolli Gigli says Pavel Nedved should be kept on.
But Cobolli Gigli says Alessandro del Piero should be given an official position.
Asked about president Andrea Agnelli, he told TMW Radio: "He is there and as long as he wants to stay he will stay. He is an important member of the family, has an important capital in society and can hardly be pushed away.
"He has to redo an immersion of humility and show more ability in choosing his collaborators. I am convinced that the presence of Nedved is useful. The last episode that saw Nedved as protagonist in the stands says that he has his own thoughts on (Max) Allegri and he could not change it.
"I would keep him vice president. Del Piero? I would just put him president. If they had done it at the right time, in my opinion things would have been much better. Not only does he know football, but he has the right mind. He is a person you should bet on."
